A little about me.
Mortgage servicing experience since 2017.
I started working in mortgage servicing in 2017 and have spent most of my professional life in the industry. Since then, I've worked in borrower servicing, post closing operations, private banking, and commercial lending.
In my current role at Oaktree Funding, I work directly with borrowers on delinquent accounts and payment arrangements, while also reviewing commercial loan files and supporting default related servicing activity.
A lot of the work happens behind the scenes. I enjoy being the person who can research an issue, understand the documentation, communicate clearly, and help get things moving in the right direction.

- Contact delinquent borrowers directly regarding outstanding payments, account discrepancies, collections, and repayment arrangements.
- Support loss mitigation, default servicing, and foreclosure related workflows through borrower communication, account research, and accurate documentation.
- Review business purpose, commercial, and DSCR loan files, including Form 1003 applications, borrower financial information, credit records, and real estate collateral documents.
- Identify documentation deficiencies and servicing exceptions, working with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain accurate records.
